We are excited to announce that Larson Creek Dental is now offering a simple, affordable, and comprehensive dental benefit plan directly to Rogue Valley employers!

By offering the plan directly to your company we eliminate the costs and hassles of a middleman. This enables us to provide high quality care while saving you and your employee’s money.

Our Membership is like dental insurance, but better.

Just like insurance, our plans include preventative care and discounts on other treatment. It’s better than insurance because there are no deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums or pre-approvals and benefits start as soon as employees sign up. Best of all, you can determine the amount you want to contribute to the plan. From $0 to the full-year subscription price. It’s up to you.

How it works:

You as the employer sign up online, determine the amount you want to contribute, and invite employees to join. It only takes 5-10 minutes to activate your plan.

 

Then, your employees sign up from any device and use your contribution to offset the cost of the benefit plan. Employees can sign up in 1-2 minutes and utilize their benefits in our office, located in Medford, right away.
