Kim was kind enough to advise on co-insurance obligations before we got started. Sarah took care of imaging, along with annotation of exam results. And Heidi did an incredible job of making my teeth sparkle again. Aside from a noticeably soft touch, she’s got some pretty interesting stories to help pass the time. Two thumbs way up. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hale and the entire team at Larson Creek Dental. I’ve had severe dental anxiety for most of my life, which kept me from going to the dentist for about 13 years. They have completely changed that for me.
They explain exactly what they’re doing, show me on my scans why something needs to be done, and reassure me throughout every procedure by telling me how well I’m doing. I never feel judged or rushed, and they make me feel comfortable and heard.

I had a wonderful experience at LCD yesterday. The front desk staff were friendly & welcoming. The assistant was gentle, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable. Larson Creek Dental is just wonderful. Been seeing them for 10 plus years. My hygienist is so sweet and we talked about everything. Dr. Hale is a no nonsense guy and knows his stuff. I did get a chuckle though when I told him I chickened out getting my implant several months ago and now it has to be done, so in 2 wks he gonna take care of it for me. The front office takes care of ins and everything. Then let's you know what cost is, etc.

Larson Creek is a great dental office.  They have been taking care of my teeth for over twenty years. Dr. Hale bought the practice from Dr. Kapp a few years ago, and has kept it humming right along.  Everyone is nice and the office feels like a happy place. I go twice a year and each time I get a cleaning and exam, plus x-rays, if needed. If the exam shows a problem, then within a few minutes they give me a written quote based on my insurance and the procedure, so I know how much it will cost, then we schedule a time to get it done. It’s nice to have that kind of transparency in pricing from a medical office. Dr. Hale stays up on dental innovations and the office has excellent equipment. Dr Hale has been my dentist for the past 4 years.  His staff are always friendly and efficient, and he is both thoughtful and attentive when solving dental problems.  Dr Hale is also responsive when sudden dental issues pop up and can respond on short notice or provide referral to an endodontist if needed.

In many ways, the experience is much like visiting an old-time barbershop, where you hang out with people you enjoy, while having your personal needs expertly attended to.  My wife and I have been going there for the last three years, and we both love the dental care we receive, and the interactions with the people there. Everyone, from the front office to the dental hygienist to all the dental assistants to Dr. Hale himself, has always been so helpful and kind and understanding. I’ve had some sensitivity issues with a recent crown and no matter how many times I’ve had to call to have it looked at, they always have been very welcoming and want to be sure I’m pain free. Sometimes things happen when you least expect them to. It is amazing how certain facial features are important to your overall esthetics. An uneven eyebrow or a chipped tooth can be really upsetting and difficult to navigate. I bit into something, a chewy piece of beef, a piece hard candy, a fragment of underdone potato…. who knows what it was but it created a large chip to break away from my front tooth. I knew I needed professional assistance, and I reached out to Larson Creek Dental for help. First of all, a live human being answered the phone. In this automated world, this was a huge blessing. To my surprise they were able to fit me in first thing the following morning. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the office staff, and I didn’t even get to peruse their collection of periodicals before I was whisked into the back. My first impression was how clean and organized the dental office was. The air was fresh, and I didn’t hear anyone screaming which is always a positive thing. I was seated and the dentist quickly came to give me a look over. Dr. Hale was friendly, had an air of quiet confidence and seemed to understand my concerns immediately. Although the procedure was painless, he checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Hale went over my options and within 25 minutes my dental divot was repaired and like new. I went from Fraggle Rock to Rock Hudson in record time and I was on my way. The office took care of my insurance and made the process easy, affordable, and painless (in all aspects). Nice office with friendly staff. I came in 5 days ago with a pretty bad toothache. Decay had taking over on a tooth that had a crown from my childhood. Dr. Hale and the amazing Jessica removed the tooth for me. Constantly making sure I was comfortable and not in pain was amazing. I’ve never had that at a dentist office.
