ProMonitoring By Larson Creek Dental

Introducing the BEST Clear Aligners in Medford, Oregon:

Reveal Clear Aligners

Have you always wanted to straighten your teeth, but avoided doing so because you do not want to have metal braces? If you answered yes, then ProMonitoring Clear Aligners by Larson Creek Dental were designed just for you!

These aligners are celebrated for their comfort, discretion, and effectiveness. This treatment is able to correct crooked, crowded, and gapped teeth without altering a person’s everyday appearance, and it features a number of benefits you cannot get with Invisalign. Similar to braces, these clear aligners use continuous, gentle force to move misaligned teeth into position. This is achieved by wearing a series of aligners, each for about 2 weeks at a time. They are custom-made for each patient, and the number of sets made depends on the severity of the misalignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are ProMonitoring Clear Aligners?

ProMonitoring Clear Aligners are clear, plastic aligners that use AI to track a patient’s progress while straightening their teeth. The system uses a mobile app to send notifications to patients and provide remote monitoring for their dental provider.

How do I know if I’m a candidate?

Dr. Hale will determine if you’re a candidate for treatment, starting with an assessment of your bite. He will analyze your occlusion (how your teeth fit together) and take diagnostic records before recommending ProMonitoring. If you choose to proceed, we will discuss specifics about cost and timing.

When can I start?

After Dr. Hale submits your case, he will work with a US-licensed orthodontist to create a treatment plan just for you. The ProMonitoring manufacturing team will then create your aligners. While you wait for your aligners, you can download the ProMonitoring™ app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

How long will it take?

Treatment time will vary depending on your biology. With ProMonitoring, 98% of cases finish as planned — with one or less refinements. Dr. Hale will be able to give you an estimate of total treatment time once we’ve developed your treatment plan.

Do I need to see my doctor in-person?

You will need to start with an in-person appointment with Dr. Hale so he can assess your smile and take the records necessary for treatment. After that, you’ll use the ProMonitoring™ app to share progress with Dr. Hale using your smartphone. Depending on your progress, we may ask that you return to the office periodically to help assess your progress and any adjustments that might need to be made.

How can I pay for ProMonitoring?

We offer flexible financing options to help you afford the cost of care. You can also use orthodontic insurance benefits and/or your HSA/FSA dollars. If you’re concerned about the cost, it may help to remember that ProMonitoring treatment at Larson Creek Dental is more cost-effective than traditional orthodontic treatment elsewhere. Also remember that forgoing orthodontic treatment today could lead to more expensive treatments later in life.

How do I wear aligners?

We will provide an orientation to help you get started. In most cases, you’ll be asked to wear each set of aligners for 22 hours a day.

When do I change to my next aligner step?

The ProMonitoring™ app will send you a notification when it’s time for your next aligner change. But first, you’ll need to share photos of your smile with Dr. Hale so he can review your progress.

Will I need to wear a retainer?

Dr. Hale will likely prescribe a retention device for you to wear after you complete your ProMonitoring treatment. If you don’t wear a retainer, you could risk your teeth moving back to where they started!
