At Larson Creek Dental, our mission extends beyond routine treatment. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of modern dentistry within an environment where every patient feels respected, comfortable, and completely at ease. Our practice is founded on the principle that the highest quality of clinical care should be delivered with transparency and genuine compassion.
From our advanced technology to our commitment to open communication, every element of our Medford office is optimized to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
Dr. Brent Hale was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, and has been providing exceptional dental care for over seven years. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communication from Brigham Young University–Idaho before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Indiana University.
Outside the office, Dr. Hale enjoys an active, family-centered life. He has been happily married to his wife, Bethany, for 15 years, and together they have four wonderful children: Mary, Payton, Sienna, and Troy. Whether he’s out on the lake, coaching his kids’ soccer teams, or spending time with his family, Dr. Hale makes the most of every moment. He also has a passion for racing cars and finds joy in the thrill and precision the sport requires.
Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Hale worked as a river rafting guide and ski instructor—experiences that reflect his lifelong love of adventure and connecting with people. He also spent two years as a missionary in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is fluent in Spanish. This allows him to serve Spanish-speaking patients without the need for an interpreter, making visits easier and more personal.
Dr. Hale is dedicated to providing high-quality, friendly dental care in a relaxed and welcoming environment. His goal is to help every patient feel comfortable and informed while working together to achieve long-term oral health.

We invest in state-of-the-art dental technology to enhance clinical accuracy, minimize invasiveness, and maximize patient comfort and convenience. Our technological infrastructure allows us to deliver superior results in fewer visits.

Intraoral Scanners capture digital impressions. Unlike traditional bite-down impressions, the intraoral scanner will take images of the hard and soft tissues, as well as any existing restorations. And no biting into impression material!

The fastmill.io™ In-Office Mill is the only chairside milling unit capable of producing BruxZir® NOW crowns. The power behind the fastmill.io allows us to deliver crowns straight from the mill, allowing us to place a crown in one appointment.

Attempting to understand dental jargon and navigate through oral health decisions can be a bit intimidating. Thanks to our intraoral cameras, you’re now able to follow along with your treatments in real-time. Whatever we’re seeing, you’ll see it too. This allows us to better explain diagnoses in the moment and allow you to make informed decisions.

Dental technology is ever-evolving and lasers are a prime example of these developments. Some of the most daunting procedures can now be performed with the help of dental lasers, minimizing pain and discomfort during your treatment and allowing for quicker recovery times.

If you’ve visited the dentist before, it’s likely you’ve had to have some X-rays taken. We utilize low-radiation digital X-rays that are proven to be more beneficial for your health and our treatment planning. Additionally, digital X-rays reduce treatment times as you don’t have to wait for film processing.

Larson Creek Dental provides Televisions with headphones at each chair, giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your appointment.
While we measure our success by the health and satisfaction of our patients, we are honored when our dedication to clinical quality is formally recognized. Larson Creek Dental has received multiple awards and distinctions that reflect our commitment to superior patient outcomes, advanced techniques, and compassionate service.
