To all our valued patients and friends,

I am writing this letter to inform you that as of August 1st, 2020 I will be retiring from the practice of dentistry at Larson Creek Dental, PC. I have truly enjoyed my relationships with my patients and staff and have gotten endless satisfaction and joy from caring for you and your families over the years. It has been an honor to have served you for the past 20+ years. I look forward with excitement to retirement and spending more time with my family since they have all moved north, far away from Medford. I look back with fondness and pride, to my years here with you and all that we have accomplished together. Thank you for your kindness, your loyalty, and your trust.

Finding an outstanding professional to assume my position in this dental family we have created has been an important, comprehensive and extensive process.

After diligently searching, I am happy to announce that Dr. Brent Hale will be stepping into my position and will be caring for your dental needs moving forward. Dr. Hale has exceptional clinical skill and a wonderful chairside manner. He cares deeply about his work and his patients. I know Dr. Hale is committed to continuing the fine tradition of Larson Creek Dental, PC and I highly encourage you and your family to continue your dental treatment under his excellent care.

The same friendly and caring staff will continue to serve you. I know Dr. Hale will appreciate, as I have, all the little things they do to make you more comfortable. Dr. Hale will continue to be associated with everyone’s insurance companies as provided by Larson Creek Dental, PC in the past.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will be working directly with Dr. Hale and our staff to make that happen in the coming months.

I want to thank each of you for the opportunity to be your dentist and for your past and present support. It means more to me than I could ever express. Please know that you have my best wishes for the future.
